That big mansion they have on the side of hwy 117 in sapulpa, hope it gets auctioned off for pennies on the dollar.
He's been big-timing in Destin for 15+ years. Has a nice home on the water in the harbor. Homestead it and that's protected from any civil judgments.

Unfortunately these guys go bk, screw over their creditors, fuck their investors, who knew they were taking a risk. They live their lavish lifestyle and a few years later they are back doing it again. I’ve seen it before. Funny, dudes like this follow around and befriend other guys with money. It’s all part of their scam. They gain their confidence, get them to invest, and start the cycle all over.

It really is mind boggling..

I was a day away from writing a check for a new performance boat we really liked.

Mentioned it to RD and got the bare-ass, butt naked truth about the sorry engine, the shady hull shenanigans, and on top all the bullshit glossy sales tactics that company was doing response back from RD.

RD even had previous serious "words" with the builder. They didn't like ARDY's opinion. RD never backs down.

We thus balked on buying it and glad we did.
The boat company eventually failed for all the reasons RD mentioned. Their lies became the truth.

Pays to really do research.

20 years later:
The former company owners and a former executive were at the bar in LHC a couple years back.
They were in town for Desert Storm and going to restart the boat company, spreading the word they are back in business and we got to talking.

I thought if I mentioned RD, the conversation would get really ugly, really quick.
I then remained quiet just to be sociable.

We talking about black diamond or dla lol.

Word on the street is he’s burned a few people and not paid his bills. Rumor at this point but I’ve heard it from a few people and usually where there’s smoke there’s fire. 🤷🏻‍♂️ hopefully just a restructuring or getting over some financial issues. I never met the dude. Heard he’s super nice guy. Hate to see bad things happen to good people. But also, if it was a pyramid type thing, that shit only lasts so long.

Ya I don’t think we will see him either. Maybe someone else can park at that spot at the heat now. It pretty much confirmed it for me when Dave didn’t announce he was a sponsor this year.

Update on Mr wachob. He just had his dispensaries and grow shut down. Had tons of his luxury items loaded up on trucks and hauled off. Such a shame he let that company fall to crap. Some family members and tons of friends lost their livelihood in that co pany. They worked there for many years and invested back into the company and now have been bent over. Rest in piss Derek wachob

Why are these scams so hush hush? 'Allegedly' I guess?
Because the people who got scammed hold onto the belief that it’s not a scam and they’ll get paid back. Or that the company just needs to raise money and they’ll get paid back from those proceeds not knowing that it will never come back to them and it’s just the owner scamming more people.

They know that if they open their mouth and let the whole thing collapse, then they’ll never get their money back.

That make sense. It seems like all the "money" guys run the same racket and people flock towards them.

What I don’t understand, is they’re all flashy, in your face look at me. I would think, it be the opposite, lay low under the radar.
Because it’s all about showing success so you can get the next investor to keep the Ponzi scheme going. It’s always about getting the next person. Makes people think the return on investment “can be” real.

1000%!! The flash gets people to think they are qualified and top of game. They have to be doing it the right way? I have seen the Instagram. Guys that show up on jobsites in fancy jeans, polo shirts and fancy shoes and a clean hard hat. 🤣🤣 All flash and nothing to back up. You think in a pinch he had tools ready to pitch in and solve a problem fast? I highly doubt it!! Hey Vin, go get me the left handed hammer!!🤣🤣

Old money versus new money. Most people with old money don't seem to be as flashy as new money. I still remember the owner of my old company that had generational wealth saying "Lambo's are for the new money group, if you truely have money, you have a car collection that no one knows about."

Some of the richest people I know you’d never even know it. Drive modest vehicles shop for clothes at target etc.

Well I don’t know of anyone else’s experiences personally, but put aside the fact that he got me for 15k, I’m gonna just tell you flat I have seen that guy be an asshole on multiple occasions.

As they say;

“Money talks, wealth whispers and debt screams”

That couldn’t be more true.. lol. When I told him that my heartburn layed in the fact that he never paid his invoice and went to yet another event he started screaming at me.. lol (he didn’t pay the second event either)

I wouldn’t be surprised may just run with certain people. I wouldn’t put many more hours on that thing trying to sell it since it’s already at the rebuild interval.

Like I said, never met him, only relaying what I’ve heard from various people. Good and bad. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Not cool to burn you for money when you work your ass off to put on a world class event. 15k isn’t exactly chump change.

Hopefully he makes it right with you.

I’m not trying to drag the other guy into this but he had a friend/business partner with that red m37r. They would flip houses and build multi unit complexes. Anyone want to partner up and hustle a few people we can both have DCB’s lol
Where do I sign up?

Crazy times man. Doubt Dave will get his money sadly. We know how these things go.
