Anniversary in Havasu.........what should I do??

Ok guys, enlisting the help of anyone who wants to chime in.

Anniversary is next Thursday 10/2 and the wife & I are heading to Havasu for the weekend (driving up on 10/2). We will be staying at the place we always rent in the Nautical Estates. I want to do something cool for her on that day. Obviously dinner is a must, but what else might be cool???

I am thinking flowers and a card waiting in the condo when we arrive??? What do you guys think?? I need some ideas here.

I was actually thinking more along the lines of something cool to do at the condo. I want to arrive and have her walk in and be surprised with something since we arrive on our anniversary day. I am not the best at this stuff so the best I could come up with is flowers, card and gift......but I know there are other cool ideas out there. Since this is our last trip of the season, we plan on doing quite a bit of boating so don't want to do anything else but burn gas and relax on a beach. Plus, that weekend is supposed to be over 100 degree's.

Add chilled Champagne and chocolate covered strawberries.

Most women think all of us men have no romance in them, so you are already ahead with the flowers and card (shows forethought). The champagne and strawberries are the icing on the cake.

Yeah, that is something that crossed my mind. I would have to trade the champagne for Sparkling cider since the wife is with baby. I may have to enlist some help from the RDP crew to pull something like that off.

We just came back from our anniversary trip from Havasu. Had a relaxing trip looked at a few boats hung out in the channel we stayed at the Heat hotel and walked over to Shugrue's my wife couldn't have been happier. She throughly loved the hotel.

Awesome!! I looked at staying at the heat, but the lady I rent the condo from at Nautical Estates all the time gave me a deal for $100/night since it is our anniversary

I think we are going to go to Cha Bones for dinner since we have eaten at Shugrue's a bunch of times.
