Shootouts have reduced the course from 1mile to 3/4 because of all the blow overs that were happening. Tops speeds are down from the mile course. They didnt do 250 mph with a mile run. Thats asking a lot to do it in 3/4 of a mile

I remember seeing video of this just near the finish line and it broke the prop at ~220mph.

the Dirty Duck bought Peditor 2 and put the engines in the old Mycon race boat to run but ran into supply issues to get it finished.

He bought the old Predator 1 for the engines and drives.Carson freshened them up.

I had the same question. If you are on Facebook, you can find it on Lake TV's page. There is a video of the shootout that is about 5 hours long called 2022 Lake of the Ozarks Shootout Day 2. The eliminator run is around 1 hour and 15 minutes into it. The boat was all over the place by the end of the run.

We were there when the Mystic ran 244. That is also when the Outerlimits blew over trying to run 200. That was the end of the 1 mile shootout. They might have run the mile 1 more year. That was the last time we went.

The Good Boy boat was built to be a pleasure boat and not a race boat. With the T-53's slower time to speed up and the shorter course I don't think it would put up a number as high one would think.

Whatever happened to the Spirit of Qatar? I know it was sold but I haven't heard where it ended up.
