Add me to the list of increases for HO ins. AAA Texas, 28% increase of premium. The dwelling coverage amount went up $20k. Deductible for any covered peril is now $5600 (1%).
We bought the house in 2020 and premium was $1,375; it's now $2,800. Dwelling amount has increased $150k or 36% in that time. I've had AAA HO ins. since 2006 and never had a claim. I guess we are spending less on other things (no salary wage this year either).
