WTF. We have had reservations to a private rv park, but it is on fed or state leased land. Not sure if this is going to affect me or not.

That bastard jumped long ago.
I think he may be landing in a shit pile today. We that live at the beaches, well we have a lot of beach time. Now, those folks in the inland parts of the state that want to and need to get out of the house, will find this the final straw. We conservatives that live by beaches have been fed up with this little twatwaffle and the Coastal Commision (otherwise known as the GreenParty Brownshirt Brigade) for a long time.

I think critical mass, with millions unemployed in CA alone, may have the Greeeezy little Trust fund biooootch seeing trouble.

The community forums here are worse than Havasu locals blaming CA for everything!!! I’m surprised they haven’t put up signs at the 405 exits to tell 909r’s to stay home! [emoji23][emoji23]

I'm confused weren't the Democrat governors pissed when trump said he had ultimate power over the states ? Yet Gavin is trying to do the same by over ruling the cities and counties ? Hypocritical much

Think a single state park employee will go home without pay like the millions of employees in private enterprises? How the fuck is anyone okay with this....

I am approaching my company about making my remote work situation permanent. I'm out of this dictatorship.

In the end the Democrats will blame all this on Trump for not reacting quick enough. But we all know that's not accurate. It's very clear the over reached is happening on the state and local level. The states that are out of control are democrat states. They're stating its data driven but the data has been wrong the entire time and everyday is been proved more inaccurate. This is becoming criminal.

Just checked the 10 day weather forecast for Los Angeles. Upper 80's 90's are coming.
I'm Predicting possible power outages and rolling blackouts. The grid could get drilled.

Hey the jails are all empty to lock up all you beach lovers since they let out all the prisoners so they don't catch the flu. Wait What??? 🤣 🤣 🤣 If you sent this script to Hollywood a year ago they would have laughed at you on your way out, lol.

And as we've seen and heard from actual doctors, the worst thing to do is keep everyone in doors. Shit spreads in doors, way way way less out doors. Send people to grocery stores (indoors) and then back to infect the people in their houses. Fucking brilliant plan.

Walking or even sitting on the beach basically is a near zero transmission rate.

Keeping people locked inside is a near 100% control rate.

Yepp.
We'll see how things go over the weekend into next week.
I seriously doubt "everyone" will comply while hunkered down around the big inland cities.
Like HB2Havasu said...." If you sent this script to Hollywood a year ago they would have laughed at you".

Wrong, they likely already had at least 3 movie versions “in the can” probably 2-4 years ago.
They had to wait for fruition to write the ending.

Remember Obamas predictions?

All these people touching items and then putting them back on the shelves for you to pick them up and bring them home.

This is quality

It is an art form to be eloquent and to tell someone to go fuck themselves in such a manner where they do not know they were told to fuck themselves. :p

I’m thinking that Newsom finally hung himself with this one.

OC officials, including police and lifeguards, disagree with Newsom. They are saying the public was responsible and distancing last weekend. I hope to see the local government stand up to Newsom and keep the beaches open.

Also, wasn't Newsom bitching that Trump cannot control the states, and that it was up to local government? Rules don't apply to this dingbat apparently.
