Alamo lake trip this fall

i am looking far into the future and want to secure two cabins for the Alamo lake trip this fall and one more in 2019.

I have a few dates and want to see what works for everyone

1117-11/18
12/15-12/16

Pick one of those two for the Alamo lake trip and I’ll secure the cabins this time for those weekends. Let me know

Cabins are a good thing! Adam snores and mike had a hell of a time setting up Dave’s tent... just saying

How many do the cabins sleep?

They have 4 twin beds, so unless mike @fishing fool and Adam are sharing a bed, they will sleep 4. There is floor space for air mattresses I am sure.

Worst case you can put a tent outside too.

Robby Gordon, Ivan the iron man, herbst, the magic man from Ricky Bobby.... all I know is he drove a Toyota and had some special imported soup.... which was D - list! Because all the burgers were GONE!!!

They have 4 twin beds, so unless mike @fishing fool and Adam are sharing a bed, they will sleep 4. There is floor space for air mattresses I am sure.

On to the ride I would like to vary the route some..... it’s a fun run on the way to Alamo but hitting the exact same route back is kind of boring, really dug the canyon steep cliffs side bar... maybe head north and cut Accross the Mtn a little?
I sure don’t mean to dictate the route. Or step on any body’s toes just looking for a few options... what do you think?

I'd go again. I had a blast last time. Long rides like this one kind of ruined the short rides I'm used to.
I can't plan that far ahead, so I don't know if those dates work. But I could make them work.

Couldn’t agree more on the ride back. I think we should do a big loop instead of a their and back. I will put something together.

4 cabins (all they have) booked for 12/14-12/15

Oh cool! Going to be a fun trip! What does a cabin cost to rent per night?

$65 a night for the whole cabin. There is a 5$ reservation fee for the weekend. For one bed it’s 40 bucks for the weekend.

We are now doing a 3 day trip. Head out Friday, hang out sat, and come back Sunday.

As we all saw last time we are limited on space in vehicles. So we will need to plan food and drinks.

At least Dave won’t have that bastard of a tent this time @RiverDave and mike can sleep in a different cabin then Adam @fishing fool @Wired4Sound. @Shortdeck
