That’s how they do it. Search around or wait too long and the price jumps up. When I book travel I will typically search on my phone via cellular connection using a few different sites. Once I collect all of the options I’ll go in and book using my PC.

I think Ceasars total rewards does the same thing. Also another travel sight did that to me when I tried to book a Hawaii trip. Just go get the IPAD and its back to the original price. Should be illegal and maybe it is.

Call back, get an agent to apply the credit and they say those prices are gone.

I found out after 1/2 hour on the phone with a Hertz Philippine call center, luckily right before I was going to stick a pencil in my eye to ease the pain I was experiencing.

Not new. Been that way for years. You have to clear the browser's "cookies". If you are using Chrome, use Incognito Mode.

Or avoid all of that and use https://www.google.com/flights.

Yeah, only problem to use flight credit from a covid cancellation they make you call vs being able to use the Web. Then you get the KY price once they know you are using a voucher.

I won a battle with American Airlines on a refund this week, I think one of their tricks is just to simply wear you down. While on hold get the message we can call you back at this number, (You will receive a call back in 4-7 hours).

Our covid canceled flights to Hawaii were shortchanged. Originally 4 flights worth of credit barely got us two to Oahu a year later.
