Yup, Dad and I have another project to add to the stable. This one is a 1966 Porsche 912. It has been in the same family since the early 70s and was converted to the later sheet metal sometime in the late 70s. It has glass SC flares on the rear that will be rectified(not sure which way yet). At the same time the sheet metal was ''updated'' the 1600cc four banger was swapped out for a 327ci small block chevy. Shortly after the car was converted(and never finished) it was sidelined and spent the next few decades in the previous owners Uncles garage. We picked it up for a song and dance and although the car does run and drive (needs a little tlc) we are going to put the proper sheet metal back on the car, and ultimately find and install a 3.0 6cyl. Depending on how quickly this little guy progresses, I might end up doing a build thread. If I do, I will be sure to update this thread since many don't make it out of the lounge
