We own our building along with our parking lot which is private property. Over the last two weeks this random woman late 20s maybe 30 that nobody knows has pulled in our lot and leaves nasty post it notes all over staffs cars along with putting Vaseline on a few employees door handles now. She has even wrote weird random messages on peoples dusty paint and we are all very anal with our cars. Not cool. Cops wont do shit which was expected.

We have her on several camera showing her in action as well as getting her plate and car make/model. My question is there anywhere we can find out who this weirdo is with this info? We all have nice cars and all of our staff is paranoid now that she is going to damage someone's car. Unfortunately we cannot physically watch our cars all day while working.

Call the police... We called on one a few months back who started smoking meth behind one of our employees cars after she tried to open it.

Police came and tackled her and sent her away.....

Post legit "No Trespassing/Loitering" signs with the CVC code at all entrances to the lot, then hire private security to sit in an unmarked vehicle to catch her/it in the act. Press charges for criminal trespass and vandalism.

Or turn the cameras off and taze her/it for fun.

I don't know what type of industrial complex or stand-alone building you own, but hire a security company would and post no trespassing signs as a start.

Haha great minds think alike^^^^^, you beat me to the return button yz450mm

We did and were told no real crime was committed so nothing they can do or they didn't want to deal with it? Very frustrating. Guess we have to wait until she damages someone's car and then they can get her on vandalism.

Its a stand alone building and there are private property signs posted. Funny you mention the Taser that thought crossed my mind as well. Such a waste of time dealing with this and having staff uneasy.

Do you see her there in real time? if so, call the police and say she's trying to break in to peoples cars by checking for door handles.

OK, 7 posts in and nobody has popped the big question " Is she Hot ? " Hire a PI ( Or maybe bribe one of RDP's current or X LEO) and find out where she lives and make it obvious by any means necessary to her that you do.

Put up no trespassing signs and if she is found on the property call to have her trespassed. If she returns second offense for trespassing should be more serious once she has already been trespassed.

Bait car and juice it up with an electric fence transformer! 🤪🤪🤪
She's wearing tennis shoes, so unless they're of the ESD variety, charging your car with a amount of volts to matter will assuredly toast your car's electronics.
I'd put signs on the rear windows with big bold letters " Please smile and Show US YOUR TITS, you're on Candid Camera" 🤣

So who's crazy ex-GF is it? I guess there is a chance that it is random but I bet someone that works for you know who it is.
Definitely no. We have a small staff of 20+ year employees and all are 40+ married.

Agreed that it sucks, but if this is a known issue and one of your females is assaulted while going to her car, your ass is going to be in hot water.

maybe but betting its a drug addict all tuned up
This is my guess she looks a little off. The pics I posted are grainy cell pics from the computer screen but actual footage is super crisp and clear.

Security co just for a few days or week until you catch her in the act, guard handcuffs her for trespassing, vandalism attempted burglary and then calls the popo.

Set the cameras to notify you of movement. When you see her, go pepper spray her. I'd bet that deters her from coming back.
Good way to catch an assault charge. Nothing good comes from normal people taking action against those with nothing to lose. Feels good to think it, but doing it usually turns out badly.

Trust me all these thoughts have gone through my mind as this type of petty shit really pisses me off. The last thing I need is to get myself in trouble over some dumb twat. Seems protecting your own property is not an option in Calif anymore sadly.

Pretty sure that’s assault, Hell they arrested a guy for using the garden hose on a homeless person in front of his store that wouldn’t leave.

People say the problem are the DA’s that won’t convict.. I’d say the problem in that case was a cop that refused to do his job and then arrested the wrong guy?

That said I’d still light her up with a paintball gun and turn the cameras off when it happened

One of your employees must have a child that wants to make $10/hr under the table watching the camera monitor or sitting in another car in the parking lot.
they call you and police as soon as she walks on lot.

Throw up a Ring Camera that just picks up the area where cars are, and get an alert when somebody enters the space. Then go confront her, have a bucket of syrup and a bag of powdered sugar ready to dump on her stupid ass! Or maybe just smear vasoline and post-it notes on her, see how she likes it

Haven’t read any replies …. So this could be a Vin ….. how about setting up a garden hose attached to any automatic rain bird sprinkler w/ a motion detector ? …. The kind that rotates with arm & goes ‘tick-tick-tick’….. I was fishing the docks in Newport one day & a homeowner had set that up to keep seals and birds off the dock …. Worked for bass fishermen too ! 😆😂🤣

This is the sad truth and part of "their" plan to destroy our society by deteriorating private property rights. I stole this from someone's article, but I think it hits the nail on the head on this topic:

"The architects of Western civilization believed that protection of private property was essential for the preservation of individual freedom. When individuals do not possess secure property rights, dependency on kings, lords, and governments for the essentials of life is inevitable."

That is what they want, dependence on government and stripping of indiviual freedoms so they control every aspect of our life.

Some of us for sure have rated that option high on our list. I know the "Must eliminate before I die" personal list I'm compiling is more resembling a book than a short "To Do" list.👿🤣
A co-worker routinely keeps a red version of this notebook in his front safety vest pocket on job sites for taking field notes. Text out, & readable..... its a good conversation starter. Makes the safety guys and inspectors uneasy. If your sheet of paper is full, consider a notebook.
