I have a modular home in Echo and the F'n AC went out! Had an AC guy go out and give me a quote and the guy never got back to me:fingers: I will give him the benefit of the doubt maybe the construction industry is crazy busy right now in parker;). Anyways, I need some one to tell me the TONNAGE of the exisitng split system out there! I will send you some cash for your time or buy you some beers :champagne:next time im out and the F'n AC is fixed!! Thanks!!

I dunno.. I know there are a couple guys in parker that are reasonable. I waited to long and my AC went out on memorial day weekend last year.. Called Pitzer 1 hour air, and I got stuck for 8 GRAND to just replace a 5 ton unit on the roof..

A friend of mine had offered to bring out the turbocharged deluxe model, with the oversized commercial this, and upgraded that etc.. and install for 3 grand just a few months earlier..

The lessons we learn.

Incidentally for the AC guys i have a questino as well. Last time I was out on my thermostat it said "batteries low." Well I forgot to change them.. what happens if that battery actually dies? Will it maintain where it's at? Or does it just shut the AC off completely?

Had our fan go out in Parker on July 4th a couple of yrs ago. Got a $550.00 bill to replace it from Pitzer - but it had to be done. Incidentally our fan here in Phoenix went out last night. Went to the shop this morning, got a replacement & installed it for $130.00.

Proves that little radio jingle bullshit works..

I needed some AC work, I was here.. I googled "pizter air" LOL Because I remembered the radio ads. They paid for their ad campaign on my deal alone.

Yeah, it'll turn off. If you have a newer stat with a non-volatile memory, your program and settings will still be there when you get a couple new batteries in it. If not..... then you have to re-program. Typically, just 2 AA batteries.

LOL.

I just got home, and the wife and kids hauled out for the beach today. So it was 107 where we are at, so I roll in with my Subway Turkey Sammy (LATE lunch), and I hear the dog outside kinda bark (he doesn't ever do that). So I open up the blinds and he standing up 6'5" as tall as me on the glass door, and he wants IN...:D:thumbsup

TPC is a retired HVAC guy.. I think he was offering to go by your place and check it out for you.. If you knew what was wrong, possibly even fix it.

I think you missed your window of opportunity though as he's left for the river now.

, Whoops Sorry about that

For 8k they could of at least used the extra wire in the bundle. If I remember correctly the good stats will work with out the neutral.

Dave, did you even get a kiss after they screwed you ... LOL

Have to give you shit
