I'm sorry, I probably shouldn't even post this here but I just need to vent. How these sick fucks could torture an innocent 12 y/o girl to death is far beyond my understanding of humanity. The death penalty can't come soon enough but unfortunately probably never will.

Rendell Hoagland and Cindy Warren are now facing hundreds of charges, including first-, second-, and third-degree murder, plus kidnapping.
12-year-old Malinda Hoagland's body after death revealed disturbing details of her life.
Her autopsy shows she'd died of starvation and blunt force trauma, with injuries to practically every major organ system, including her brain.
"I never can answer why someone would ever torture a 12-year-old," said Chester County District Attorney Christopher de Barrena-Sarobe. "Whatever the explanation is, I don't know that I would believe it."
Prosecutors say it's captured in hundreds of videos and texts: physical and psychological torture by her father Rendell Hoagland and her de facto stepmother Cindy Warren.
"They forced her to do endless amounts of exercise, all while berating her and calling her an idiot, saying that she was worthless, when in fact, this little resilient girl while enduring all of this was excelling at school," said de Barrena-Sarobe.
A new timeline reports the first instance of documented abuse investigators found was in November 2021. Malinda was 77 pounds then.
She was 50 pounds when she died.
Still, the DA insists this isn't a case where abuse was reported and no one did anything.
He says there is no investigation into any agency for failing to act, adding teachers checked on Malinda when she went to school in person, as well as more recently, when she switched to cyber school.
He says Hoagland and Warren routinely worked to conceal the abuse, and Malinda was reprogrammed to accept it.
"She would not report abuse because she was afraid of being beaten even more fiercely than she had been before," said de Barrena-Sarobe.
Warren was previously convicted in a Monroe County case related to the beating death of a 2-year-old and abuse of a 4-year-old.
She had a biological son in the West Caln Township home, younger than Malinda, who investigators say was not abused.
"Pennsylvania is a state that does not have child torture laws where other states do," said de Barrena-Sarobe.
The DA says he's working with lawmakers on legislation that would strengthen the ability to protect children and heighten penalties against adults who torture them.
Hoagland and Warren have been behind bars since Malinda's death in the spring. They're being held without bail.
