In 7 states so far the voters have agreed with my depiction and as a result codified abortion rights despite the R party being forcefully against these winning votes.

So if the R party has a different position than I have stated above, the voters certainly don’t believe them or they would not have felt it so important to protect themselves and their views on this topic. And the R party would not have been so strongly against these outcomes.

States have done that because it is a state issue. I don’t see anything in the constitution about abortions .
