Too bad, so sad...not!

Total gangster thug! And, he killed those other 2 dudes too (regardless of that stupid ass jury and his scumbag Casey Anthony attorney)!

I'm sure we'll hear from the family about what a nice boy he was, just misunderstood...

His attorney is saying not a suicide, launches investigation.

I can't imagine how he'd make enemies in prison...not.

Dead is dead regardless.
No honor among murderers.

Good. He must of got his lawyers bill, but did not realize his life insurance policy had a suicide clause in it.
He was wasting space so best outcome IMO

Been following the reddit conspiracies on this and this one takes the cake. Crazy if true

Cliffnotes: AH is innocent, ah estate wont have to pay any restitution's.

Although Aaron Hernandez was convicted of murder in the case of Odin Lloyd?s 2013 shooting death, after his suicide in prison Wednesday, he died an innocent man. Under an old legal principle called ?abatement ab initio,? Hernandez?s conviction will be voided, as the case hadn?t yet gone through the appeals process, chief legal counsel to the Massachusetts Bar Association Martin W. Healy told The Boston Globe on Wednesday. Healy also said it rarely happens, but it comes from English common law and exists in many older states. Evidence from Hernandez?s conviction can no longer be used in court, so the principle also will complicate any civil cases from the Lloyd family or from the 2012 double murder in which the former New England Patriots tight end was found not guilty Friday. ?Unfortunately, in the Odin Lloyd matter, for the family, there won?t be any real closure,? Healy told The Globe. ?Aaron Hernandez will go to his death an innocent man.? Abatement ab initio has come up in a couple of high-profile cases in Massachusetts. It happened when John C. Salvi III, who was convicted of killing two women in 1994 in a shooting spree at two reproductive clinics in Brookline, Mass., committed suicide in prison and when John Geoghan, the Boston priest convicted of sexual abuse, was killed in prison in 2003. ?In the court of public opinion, Hernandez, Salvi, and Geoghan will be judged accordingly,? Healy was quoted as saying. ?But in a court of law, under legal principles, (Hernandez) died an innocent man.?

I wonder if his NFL retirement will go to his daughter(I thought I read he has one)?

You have to play 4 years to be vested. About $1300 a month after turning 55. I don't think he played that long in the NFL. Now the $$ he earned while he played maybe a different story.

You are right, I thought he played longer. I would bet there's not much left from his playing days.

I am not the lawyer in the family, but I do think this suicide will complicate any civil cases against the estate, and probably half of his motivation to do it. They say they found his possessions stacked against the door on the inside, so if you believe the report, he could not have help. If you think the report is bogus, which it well could be, yeah, he could have had help. I am curious to see if the guy that he shot in the face pulled this off somehow, but personally, just on my gut, I am over 90% sure he did it himself. Won the court case, and that was the last interesting thing that was going to happen in his life, and his day to day life was being told by the man when he can eat, drink, shit, go for a walk, etc, and he took one step to show he could still control something. That would be inline with that thug mentality of I will show them.

Big difference between getting the case thrown out on legal grounds, and innocence.

Wonder if this "technically innocent" deal will have any bearing on his termination from the Pats? Willing to bet ole scumbag Jose will be filing a lawsuit about that pretty soon...

I use that quote all the time. However, life in prison isn't exactly a temporary problem.
