oh yes…I’ve heard MANY amusing/whacky stories of both Michael Ziebarth and Ed Nett! When we weren’t on the road or in the studio we spent a great deal of time fishing or driving to and from fishing so there was loads of time for old Southwind stories (and oh how I miss all that time in the boat!) I love that you have a 26 foot travel trailer! A couple of years after we broke up, and while waiting for my apartment to be ready I stayed in Johnny’s camper in his driveway in Sherman Oaks. It was just awesome! He had taken it off of his truck and we hooked up water and electricity from the house. I slept like a baby in that thing and ended up being there about 2 months. I loved that camper! It was a place of solace, so I get why you love yours so much. And a perfect place to send healing prayers from. Maybe there’s no right or wrong way to send a prayer? Maybe it’s just the kind hearted intention that counts. (I know who to come to now if I have a health scare ) I’m an early riser these days, so my phone is usually off by 9:30 at night. Looking forward to talking.

…One of the first things that popped into my mind during our La Tuna Canyon days…and that would have been I think 1975 ish to…not to sure when you guys left…or where you went ……was your little white Volkswagen convertible with Texas license plates,,.

Those fishing pictures are great…You know… you can post larger versions of the pictures …when they come up at the bottom small …if you click on where it says insert that will give you another option… it will say full-size..;well click on where it says full size…
…A larger picture would add more credibility to your fish being bigger than Johns… I would hate for you to tarnish your fishing image🥹…

… OK I’m going to get out of bed now… It’s an hour earlier than my usual 720 or 730… whatever happened to getting up at noon???…

… Wow…just spent three hours on the phone with Susan W… damn we had so much catching up to do… I don’t even think we have it 10% covered???… she still needs some closure as far as the last couple of years of Moon’s life… we simply ran out of time on the phone call…I can fill her in pretty well for the last couple of years of his being… i’m sure we will talk later… She had to start dinner for her husband… And I had to pee so bad my shoes were shaking…

Agreed, there's a small group of people that have put Charlie Manson on his ass and he is one of them. The stories he has told are simply amazing.

His Berry Creek stories are good ones. My Uncle ended up living out that way. Currently in a hospital in Chico. But his BC property survived the fire. As it was a command post. Boat we were supposed to go get still in the barn. One of a few properties that didn't burn. Been meaning to get up there last few years.

Maybe six or so years ago I could still pee with the phone on speaker… I would just make sure to not hit the water in the toilet bowl… For sure I can no longer pull that one off… It may have something to do with fat belly and can’t see where I’m peeing???…Dunno???…

A friend worked for the local radio station. Some how he got to be friends with Cub Koda. Bill got him to play two concerts up north. He put on a great show. If I remember correctly I believe the album I had was pink. Jailbate was a pretty funny song. Not political correct these days.
