SD County sheriff already came out and announced that her deputies will not comply, will absolutely work with Homan and especially will allow ICE into her jails to deport illegals.

The irony of the addition of the "Super", was coined by Jim Desmond a Republican supervisor, to garner attention to his ongoing fight against his bill that Vargas a Mexican democrat, authored.
Soon after, Vargas received so many personal threats, she recently resigned.

Hollman needs to go after any County Sheriff that stands against working with ICE. Any of them not complying need to be put in prison. It will only take a few of these loud mouthed political fucks to actually be charged to make them change their tune. I know it is a pipe dream of anything actually happening... but one could hope.

They cannot stop them, but they make it very difficult. Instead of holding a criminal illegal for ICE, they willfully release them back into the population. Which itself should be a crime. Local law enforcement is sworn to uphold the law. It seems that all LE should uphold all laws, not just the ones the chief or Sheriff deem appropriate. It puts the actual officers and deputies in bad positions, as they aren't really allowed to do their jobs, at the direction of their bosses.
