Yup,I have... I have even crashed an ultralight into some trees at 70mph
Badass, what is the distance between the transom and the back of the seats?
I thought you guys said there's 10% gays here, so I gave you 90% build pics, and twisted pic for the gays

100% of the gay pics are posted in the jet boat forum. :rules
LOL, yeah what he said, but by gay pics he means pics of jet boats

Awesome picture series. :thumbsup
I have a couple of questions.
Is that the hull mold I see in your shop?
Second, what is the material you're using as braces beside the engine? It looks like a composite of some sort.
Is it lake lice or a jetboat?? :headscratch::hmm

It's so damn easy... Took me one day to get the ski-part in...
The hole boat was made in 4 month, and almost everything is custom.
There is no need to be redundant.
I'm glad I missed the gay pic.. LOL
Trond, I don't know that anything about that is what I'd call "easy." LOL..
I love the boat though, and I love the work that went into it! I'm not sold on the steering wheel, but different strokes for different folks..
Can you video other angles of the boat? Perhaps one facing the driver from the dash, and facing forward?
As well can you take a better picture of the dash and put it up?
RD
It's my badass peugoet 306
Ouch...not only have you outdone all the jetboaters here....but now also all the pilots
Welcome Trond

His a Pilot to?:lmao:lmao:lmao:lmao:joke
Hey Trod I talk to you about a year ago about doing one of my mini kats. I have to say that boat of your is BAD ASS BOAT!!!!!!!!!! Congrats
You should seriously think about upgrading your tow vehicle to a Jeep.
Nice to meet you again!! Did you start on your Mini Kat yet?
We were building yacht tenders with all Yamaha motors and pumps in the late 80's. We built about 450 boats and then Jim Slemons went BK and that was the end of that...
Used a boston whaler hull as a template, cut it up a bunch and went from there...

Novurania, Nautica, and the others still offer smaller RIB tenders in Jet...the guy I got our rib off had a 22' Diesel Jet Rib...thing was sick...100K rib....but still a Jet.
check out the utube vids......it's no slouch-80+mph...@3/4 throttle!
3/4 throttle doesn't mean 3/4 power, in fact in many forced induction applications a throttle position beyond 3/4 won't add any manifold pressure, so it's basically full throttle. :thumbsup just a little bit of trivia for ya

lake lice, dont go tossing that dude in with us.
What was the material you made your lifting strakes out of? It looked like angled fiberglass?
I noticed in your river vid that the porpose was considerably less that before, in fact it only seemed to jump when you really got going.
Is that from being aware of when it will porpose or did you add tabs or change something on the bottom?
About that picture you posted yesterday......Brown has been hyperventilating all night after seeing it.....:swear
