Felt I needed glasses at 39, and made an appointment for an exam, doc said I just needed readers.
A year later, (still driving 40k+ miles a year) I had a different doc give me another exam, diagnosed with cataracts, both eyes, and legally blind in my left eye, 80% in my right eye blind. After surgery, 20/15 and 20/25, respectively.
Cheaters for reading, (1.50's) because I have distance (cataract surgery) lenses for driving/ distance.
Getting your eyes checked by a reputable doc matters. 😎

I used to give the old guys shit at work, then one day one of the old guys says to me, "keep waking up everyday mother fucker". It's been 10 years now and that SOB is right, I can't bounce around like I used to, and things hurt and I don't know how I hurt them.

Vision is still good, but I don't know for how long...

I'm like oh fuc.... I caught ED.... come to find out I had a kink in the hose and after pulling on it all was fine.... being 70 sucks for sure...
Actually, my patience was the first thing to go. After that your list is dead on.

Started wearing readers 3-4 years ago. We use a handheld device at work. One of the guys I’ve worked with for quite awhile was laughing at me because i had my arm stretched out so far to read the small font. I didn’t even notice. So far, still using 1.5’s. I have the cheap ones everywhere. Car, house, backpack, office,
