A Couple New Builds

There are a couple of new builds going on here over at the shop at Eliminator.

We have a green and grey 36? Speedster in production that will be shipping to Africa soon. And a gorgeous orange 22? eagle with the first Cadillac CTS-V supercharged motor going in it.

I've always liked the idea of a Cadillac motor in a boat. Just so I can put the Cadillac emblem on the transom.

What cannot be seen in the pics is a bunch of Ice pearl floating in the gray,and ice green pearl floating in the lime. The "shadow" is a custom mix metalic charcoal.

Hats off to the repair guys who handled the interior assembly.:thumbsupNot many would believe the amount of labor involved in getting the liner and inner windshield frame right,if I remember it's assembled from about 8 different molds,and when looked at when done looks like one seamless piece.

It hasn't been integrated yet, it's top secret. Eliminator doesn't want to be busted by the Feds.

Since CaliEliminator is slacking on the pics,I figured I would throw this out there. The S/C Caddy engine going in the little orange boat should push it along well,with more power than a 525hp,and I would guess about 100lbs lighter this boat should be a little rocket:thumbsup

I'm gonna check on progress this week. Motor was setup for jet-drive, so lots of changes needed to the backend to accomodate the I/O. Hopefully they get to lake test this week...:thumbsup

Seats are ready...bow rails installed...

I thought we would be ready to lake test this week, BUT the rigger, Isidro, had emergency hernia surgery last Thursday...

Just can't catch a break...

Are you guys going to be installing external steering on the little boat? Would seem that with that power package, no question that it should be done. Not sure how it is going to be possible with the exhaust tips where they are. Just curious to hear the plan. Both boats look great!

X2,it was very odd looking on the hoist. From several feet away I thought they had the tb off and it was just hanging to the side,looking closer thats just how it's mounted:headscratch:

The Eagle just went for is test drive today. (i'll see about getting some pictures up later today or tomorrow) but it ran spectacular and will only improve with tuning.

Excellent, it's still being tuned before delivery but the customer should be quite satisfied.
