Doesn't need anything, just had to install a new starter. It's ready to hit the water.

Nice boat. If you need any help shipping the boat to the new owner please give a call. I have moved boats for several members. I try to give a discount to RDPers as these guys are the best. Best way to get a hold of me is to call as I am gone alot (moving boats). Thanks, Doug Parks

Im not trying to be rude, but this boat has been on the market for waaayyy to long. 28k obo for a 25ft blown 572?

Theres got to be something wrong with it! As far as I can tell the purple gel coat looks faded in the rear? But honestly man what else? If this boat is as described it would have been gone a LONG time ago. Boats like this are going for 38k plus.

Once again I'm not trying to be rude.

Here is my experience with this posting:

The owner is hard to get a response from in email, and even harder to get a return call from. I asked for pix and got a couple that were not taken with any great care. HE didn't bother to take the cover completely off the boat. I had asked for a video of it running and after a couple weeks of waiting he stated he needed to put a new starter on it...still no video as of yet. The boat has been stored outside. The boat has a Havasu history but he doesnt have build info on the motor or approxiamate hours. It has a stock B1 drive that he had put on when he purchased the boat (50hrs of use per owner). From the pix I have I can see the gel needs color sanded and buffed, the rear hatch is homemade and would have to be covered in vinyl, the interior has some wear but seems need a good cleaning. Given this info I made him an offer of my boat plus $8-10K which is more than fair, he accepted the offer then went silent for a week or so. I emailed with logistics options for making the trade he then notified me the boat needed a starter and postponed the transaction. I have yet to hear anything further, I have moved on to another deal...:thumbsup

The boat is not stored outside the pics I took for you Skipper were when I drug it out of storage to get them for you. The boat is currently winterized and in storage. I have been super busy with a new baby and my job. I just got back from the Shot Show in Vegas. The boat does need a color sand and buff "Top Deck Only". This boat is well worth the $28K I'm asking. I believe that the only reason I still have it is becaue I live in Northern NV lots of calls and interest just no money and no one willing to make the drive up here.

I have had offers for $20K and $22K. I'd rather keep it and use it a few times a year than let it go for that cheap. I don't have to sell it.

Shot show? Are you a teamster or a exhibiter?

I'm the Quality Assurance Manager for an Arms Manufacturer. We are on the waiting list for a booth but we have been given a heads up that we will more than likely have one next year.

FYI,
That boat was originally built for Greg Olson.
Same guy who's 33 Daytona kicked everyone's ass @the Desert Storm shootout a couple of years ago.
Keith Sayre(r.i.p.)showed it to me years ago, when he was with Magic.
Almost bought it...still has the Boyds wheels on the trailer, that's how I know..same boat.
It's a lightweight lay up,Olson&Bob Leach are good friends.
Originally had a Blosdale 572...boat ran HARD.
Olson always gives Leach carte blanche when he's having a boat built...

I see that boat and think of Keith...kinda sad,Brings back a lot of memories of hanging out with Keith.
