All time diesel in Glendora

If that's the place behind Flappy Jack's, the are major league expensive.

They tried to double dip me on labor on my 7.3 One time. Never went back again.

The repairs came out nice though. Have to give em credit in that department.

John at Domestic Diesel in Chino.
Second vote for Domestic. John and his crew have saved me thousands. Wish I ran into them prior to having Citrus Ford do the usual 6.0l head gasket deal.

I’ve got a bad story about those guys! They got $7k out of me and refused to stand behind their work a week after it left their shop. I heard nothing but good things too?

When we had a Gen 1 Cummins, these were the only guys that I found that knew what they were talking about. They fixed the issue and gave some good advice on future things to look for. Cost was reasonable. I know that they work on Powerstroke and Duramax also.

Trenton is who I take my truck to. Reasonable prices, great knowledge and won't charge you for or talk you into things you don't need to do.

Diesel Tech in Hemet. Did the whole 6.0 crap with them. He is a huge fan of the 7.3l. Loren Taylor is the owner.

Not sure if you are interested in wrenching yourself but depending on which bank the glow plug is bad on the job can be done at home. The hardest part is clearing the stuff to get at the valve cover and the two rear valve cover bolts. The glow plugs are cheap. Get the Ford OEM plugs, they only cost about $9-12 each. Not sure on the injector cost.

If so, do the valve cover gaskets while in there(if the haven’t been done yet)

Turns out I had a bit of differed maintenance. Haha. She’s been good to me for 335,000 miles. Anyways with the holidays and tags expiring at the end of the month I needed some help.
Thanks for the input.
