Dave, he sent me some recent pictures but no price as of yet. I believe he is thinking the engine is worth more than the boat and might be selling the engine separate. Here are recent pics he sent, he might bring the boat out to Parker and leave it at my house, if this happens I will take some pictures and post them. I think he needs to register it so I can drive it and show it to prospective customers.

The side oiler 427's are designed for higher RPM's and have an oil channel down the left side of the block. If it had a side oiler 427 in it, the engine alone would be worth $7000 or more. Pretty rare.
