Just finished up my 557 Big Chief/Sterling clone refresh with some updates and getting it rigged on the dyno for some testing first part of the week. Details to come. The blower belt configuration will not stay that way but out of my assortment of blower belts the only one that fit is a 2200 and its too long. Gonna get a 2000 on its way but it will not get here in time so this will work for the Dyno.

Info and video to come. Dyno day is temporarily postponed. Cannot keep tension on the belt and its hopping teeth. The PSI’s heavy billet rotors take a lot to turn. Spent all afternoon trying to get the proper belt ordered and the only place I could find it in the country was good vibrations. I thought we could get by with an extra idler but out of the 7 blower belts I have my sizes jumped from 1800 to 2200 and the ideal belt is an 1896. Blower belt sale to come🤣.
My motor had to come off the dyno so they could run a ford prostock motor and get it off to Florida. Stay tuned. For now the basic info is (I’ve posted about this before it was refreshed/updated)

557 cu inch Sterling 1500 clone orig built by Dean Gellner back East, refreshed/updated by Larry Peto and is one of two that came out of a 50 foot skater that was converted to turbines.
