Don't ask.[emoji15]
Nice hanging out with you Dennis. [emoji106] I can't say that the rest of the people visiting Huntington were happy.

You guys try to shutdown a street :)....it is always a mess after the fireworks show...Out of my master we look towards the back of the Hyatt...so I get to see Beach backed up until 1am it seems...

Vancouver Washington passed a law last year ( on the 5th of July , I think) to outlaw projectile Fireworks in the City limits.. It takes 365 days for the law to take effect... Last night was the last day of "Legal Fireworks"

As you can see from the Vid.. The place was lit up across the whole horizon.. This went on for HOURS last night!

Didn't make it out of town this 4th but we hit the pacific. Launched at Marine Stadium Sunday morning, made a quick stop by the new Ballast Point Brewery in Alamitos Bay which just opened over the weekend and was a madhouse, motored over to Shoreline Village, then retreat behind Island White and met up with a few friends that were out.
The rest of the weekend was backyard pool parties, block party and parades, and some explosives to finish it off.. Hope everyone had a safe weekend!!

Took a road trip from Denver, though Telluride and Durango to Havasu and back to Long Beach

On the way back on Rice Road a dad with van full of wife and 4 kids decided to unsafely pass us and 2 other cars, swerved to shoulder to miss oncoming car, hit the gravel, spun out to other side of highway, and crashed, ejecting the youngest from the car. I found the little girl (about 5) in the desert 20ft away (no child seat). Us and fellow motorists, including an off duty fire fighter did our best to stabilize everyone waiting for CHP (30 min) and the ambulance and heli (40 min). The little girl was airlifted out but will survive. The rest were bloody and had a few broken limbs likely but were otherwise ok.

Great job rocket!!! I could only imagine being in that heat waiting 30-40 minutes for help... it would seem like a lifetime.

What I found in most cases with those perfectionists that I golfed with is that they are the biggest BS'ers of how good they play. Can't tell you how many smack talking execs are total hackers.....and I am far from a good or even a decent golfer. Oh they buy the best clubs on the market but it still didn't fix anything.:rotflmao:
Playing with guys like that is akin to putting a gps speedo on most anyones boat:D:D:D

Easiest money to make is from the bullshitters that can't back up their handicap, or their alleged handicaps. I love their rules they play by, stroke and distance doesn't apply to a ball hit OB, oh it doesn't? LOL Or I can only take a double bogey, that's what the SCGA says, ah ya better learn the rules pal. Funny how their 10 handicap is really more like a 16 or 17.

Good job in helping them out; ejections rarely work out that way...As for the driver; the world will never run out of dumbasses.

X2... Some asshole in a new Esacalade today thought he was invincible passing 8 cars at a time in front of me on Rice... I just prayed he didn't hit some poor unsuspecting family in his "quest" to be first... [emoji107][emoji53]

We have come across some deadly car head on crashes on Rice Rd. I will never use that road again.

Saw the aftermath of that, when I past, looked like they were doing an investigation
