We are scheduled to go to Big Bear, but the place we are going to say told us yesterday that the water is so low that the dock is dry.


We might just bail out and stay home in Carlsbad and troll a few parties. My folks always have a good block party....:champagne::champagne::champagne:

We will miss that show this year for first time in 15 years.

We will be going local for the 4th of July since we are going to Havasu the weekend after. It is the one night that Lake Elsinore lets boats stay on at night. Everybody parks in the cove and they light off fireworks right above you. It is really cool and quite a sight to be so close. If anybody else is going to be there, let me know.......I will have an Italian Bruschetta Dog waiting for you on the grille.

Really?! First time in 15 years, that is crazy. Last year was the first time we did it and it was a blast, definitely looking forward to it. Maybe we will see you out there sometime.

We may motor down river to Antelope marina. I put in at Bull Frog usually camp some where around Escalante. The thought of a wood fired pizza on the floating dock after a few days of beach camping is to inviting

We just watch it from the yard now. 3 years ago they let allowed people on the lake for that show, ruined it for the locals who went out for years under the cover of darkness. And its Friday night baseball home game they used to have the show at the Stadium and then the show from the levy, you may get that this year
