This is all political and Dems have a thumb on the scale against trump and Republicans … something is fishy!

these guards Said they felt threatened and were called names and are traumatized! Dunn had a conversation about who he voted for…..

Remember Benghazi 2012 that was an attack by terrorists !
Machine guns and fire and death to Americans! How many suicides happed due to that attach Where everyone died?

For all you bashing the Capitol Police or any other cop suffering mental illness, think about this. A fellow service member posted this in another forum.
“The latest suicides by Capitol Police set me thinking about Gen. William Sherman's comment, "War is Hell." I wonder what percentage of riot-related police suicides are manifestations of PTSD incurred during military service in Iraq/Afghanistan, as well as PTSD incurred in their police work across the nation. For that matter, I wonder if some of the perps on January 6th were /are themselves latent victims of war-related PTSD.
I suspect that many police departments around the nation are heavily staffed by veterans of the wars and that their performance as police --- including too-frequent police brutality --- reflect their performance in the military.
I'm no psychologist, but maybe some who are that might be considering these thoughts as possibilities.”

Everything you posted makes perfect sense, except for one little detail; how in the HELL can one 3 hour incident (call it a riot if you want) result in 4 direct police suicides.
Look at the sum of every other real riot over the past 2 years in the entire country -- has there been 4 police suicides attributed to ALL of them?
The point here is -- this does not add up.

Suicide in any profession is a hard thing to catch and if these men truly took their own lives, i hope their passing adds to making prevention more complete.

however, I cannot fathom having suicidal tendencies from that single event! This is not a 4 person coincidence and I hope those that have the ability, look deeply into the causes and manner of death.

One of my best friends is a PD detective and member of a multi-jurisdiction drug task force in the Milwaukee metro area. Undercover buys, busts and running CI's. No-knocks at 4 am to collect shitheads, drugs, and guns. Had to kill a guy who thought pulling his piece was better than going back to prison on felony weight. Then he gets the scrutiny and media BS during the process involved with that nightmare. Retiring at end of this year but still doing this work at 52 yrs old.

There is no comparing what he does daily to what the Capitol Mall PD does.

If you're looking at these men's deaths, and mental illness isn't the topic of conversation, then your head is up your ass. Sorry if that's harsh.

The fact is, the only person murdered on Jan 6 was Ashli Babbitt, and that was for trespassing.
