For rent is a recently remodeled 3bd/ 2 bath home in a quiet neighborhood on the south side of Lake Havasu. Home sleeps nine with the use of a king, two queens, and a full bunk bed. Top bunk rated at 350lbs and bottom at 450lbs so is suitable for adults. Kitchen is fully equipped and there is a BBQ in the back yard. Plenty of parking for guests and toys.
