in that photo we are mocking up the motor mounts themselves. Kenny hand fabricated a beefy rail kit that are polished. i will upload earlier photos of that so you can see.Great looking boat and rigging.
I have to ask about the motor mount shown in one of the pictures. There isn't plates on both sides of the "stringers" is that adequate? Just curious and not challenging you. Seem lots of motor for that amount of hardware.
I was thinking the same damn thing......lolGreat looking boat and rigging.

Awesome. Is home lake going to be Havasu???
I haven't followed this build from the beginning so maybe it's already been asked, why does a boat this big with this much power need a centre tab?
My 36 does not have as much power but the only time I use it is getting on plane. It is nice for hanging out on also...…...lolI haven't followed this build from the beginning so maybe it's already been asked, why does a boat this big with this much power need a centre tab?

If you look at the 368 Skater thread it has a tunnel extension also its just molded in. If I'm really heavy on fuel I run just a little negative on the tab for tunnel compression.
There was an early model speedster without a bustle a few years ago with 2 1200 Teagues that ran in the 170's.What is this thing expert to run?
