This is such a clean boat and a truly good price on it, not to call anyone out but there was a 21' that needs to be restored on here and they were asking $40 I believe, with these comps brother you should bump this 40%+ I dig the step side as well.

How much does it need and have you had and estimates from any shop(s) to do the repairs ?

Posted July 28th a few weeks ago, I'd like to know how much work it needs.

The ad was posted July 28th. The Boat will need a new bulkhead and toe boards. The Port stringer under the driver's seat has a short split in it. I believe that could be repaired without replacing the entire stringer. The Floors are good from what I can see.

Thank You. It is very fairly priced for the gear and equipment it has in it and considering it will need structural work I priced the boat accordingly. I have already back out what the repairs could potentially cost reflected in the price.

Groper see my comments above in the thread. I have not had any estimates done. A friend who has a background in this type of work said around $10K .
