Where is the boat located? If in Northern California, I'd like to check it out.

I am interested . You said, “one off build-Balsa Core. What does that mean. Was it made by Lavey? I would like to see more pics of the interior.

Thank you for the pictures. I was thinking it was an open bow; my wife is set on an open bow. It is a beautiful boat, and obviously well taken care of, looks to be worth every penny of 22k . If it were up to me I would be driving up to see it now, but the wife really wants more room than our Spectra we have now . Thankyou again on your quick resounds with the pictures. Wishing you the best on a sale , you shouldn’t have any problem finding a buyer.

Lavey craft has a totally redone open bow for 24ish all new interior and cut and polished exterior. It’s clean just not what I was looking for.

Thanks for the lead - nice family! Looks like they'd rather have an open bow - There's an open bow Lavey on this forum that might be a better fit!

Hey Steve - the motor is a 'Siamese' block 502 that was in a 26' Scarab that I bought a few years ago - I took the motor to Don at Motor Machine - up here in Carmichael California (*he's a reputable guy - a little 'gruff' to deal with but known for his motor work) We did a 'top-end' re-fresh (I'll get the invoice and post all details) - the carb is a Merc 750 DP. I took the boat out last week for a quick run and the float is sticking and running a bit too 'fat'. I have not had a chance to get it back to my mechanic for his input - I'll update you if you're still interested -
As for the delta pad - it runs from the transom - narrowing forward to the step (*closest to stern - the hull has 2 steps) I'll try to get a pic uploaded

Probably won't be in Havasu til Desert Storm 2020

*You might call Chris at Laveycraft - he'd probably be able to give you alot of feedback/history on this boat - just a thought

Just curious is there such thing as a 502 BBC that's not a Siamese block?

Great question - my motor guy just said that this block is more in demand because it's a Siamese block -
