It was in the $90's with no news so I think it could go lower but we'll see.

Good Morning Investors, GOOD LUCK TODAY...
This is a fluid market, up down up down up... Fear is such a driver, don't miss out on some great opportunities, also don't get caught up in the hype and buy JUNK just to try to make a buck. I have been buying since 4:01am and will continue to buy for the rest of the day if fear keeps driving some of these prices.

Been golfing most morning, so not much money being made daily, few bucks here and there, honestly too volatile for me, still sitting pretty heavy in money market, when I think something may change, I will be more than ready to back the truck up to stock up on some items.

Specifically, Powell warned tariffs "are highly likely to generate at least a temporary rise in inflation," adding, "The inflationary effects could also be more persistent."

This is setting up to where I’m going to buy into the close tomorrow for a long weekend. Some good news or tweet will come from Trump soon. He needs to save face and also his people need to make more money from the market lol.

This is what I think as well..

I doubled my NVDA long positions at 102.50 and I’m stepping away from buying options contracts for a bit. The last couple days have been both highly lucrative but also exhausting 😂

So Glad it did not drop that low. I bought my last chunk at 102.30 and then left for the gym. Nice to see some rebound.

whats your guys thoughts on Powell ? Seems like he’s in a tough spot since inflation isn’t fully under control and will these tariffs raise inflation. In my opinion the higher rates to buy a house are stopping a lot of people from buying and selling and that really holds back peoples spending, BUT if inflation rises again than your back to sq one 🤦🏼

Good Chance Powell gone by end of day. Trump appointed powell in first term. Obvious yesterday Powell off the reservation. His term runs out in 2026 but doubt he around beyond today.

Housing market here came to a stop a month ago. Unless it's under 800k. Inventory doubled and tripled in my local area.

One of my guys is heading to Vegas tonight to house shop. Zillow shows 7200+ homes for sale in Vegas and over 2200 in Henderson. Sounds like Housing market is crashing there.

Vegas has held pretty strong price wise; however, like you have mentioned the inventory has started to explode.

Interest rates aren’t stopping people from listing their house, but it is sure stopping them from selling it.

Vegas is in trouble due to a big slow down in gambling. Casinos are scrambling right now because people have stopped going to Vegas. They priced out a lot of people and the younger crown doesn’t drink or gamble like we did. They can do all the sports gambling through their phone now.

The uncertainty of the stock market like I see in this thread. I am sure it's causing home buyers to wait and see if the stock market settles. My Realtor called me yesterday somewhat in a panic about 1 I just finished for her. No action. 2 months ago it would of sold with multiple offers.
