NVDA dropping, was my largest purchase this AM.

Just a short time ago NVDA said it will invest up to 500 Billion of AI infrastructure in the US within the next 4 years, as part of the investment they stated they will be building 2 new supercomputer manufacturing plants in Texas building the Blackwell and other chips. 12 to 15 month mass production dates estimated. Get ready to buy and hold folks. YES I KNOW I KNOW I Said Buy and Hold vs my typical trade a few times per week... lol.

“ Goldman Sachs estimates that over the next six to 12 months, new car prices in the U.S. will rise by between $2,000 to $4,000 to reflect the tariffs.”

No, no, no…don’t tell me the price! I’m going to finance it as long as possible, so I just need to know how much I need to pay upfront, and what my payments will be. 😂

My son-in-law is Sales Manager at a dealership, and tells me that’s what most of the customers say. As long as they can come up with creative financing, they can sell cars.

Did anyone get in on Bull?

I was watching it at $40 this morning. I wanted to buy but last time I chased something like that I got burned big time. Here it is at $65😡

I WISH, did not even hear the news was so busy with my positions. That would have been a great one for the day that is for sure.

Boeing can’t catch a break.

As a duopoly one would think they should be able to mint profits.

Maybe replace them in the DOW.

Remember 400+ ? I’d be happy if it went back in the 190s
Wife side is a Boeing family. According to one that still works there, they couldn’t find their ass with both hands in their back pockets.

I've lost my ass with BA was buying the ladder up since high 200s...was happy in the 400 days then the fall !
!

Didn't have a safety net stop and initially thought it was just a temporary pullback so my dumb ass bought even more hoping for a return. Still fumbling around at what I hope is the bottom. So goes the saying, don't fall in love with a stock

Lots of money going into the markets yesterday and today because people are funding their IRA accounts. That’s done today. I think we will see a pull back soon.
I hope you are right, I sold 80% of my positions yesterday and today, waiting for more drops to go shopping again. :)

I shorted AMD today, both the stock and I bought some puts too. I’m going to cover in the 80’s.

I’m bullish on Boeing, even with the news that China halted buying jets for now. Is Boeing mismanaged, hell yes, but with new management this can be easily solved.

Once the Ukrainian war is over, Russia is going to 1; need a lot of Boeing parts, 2; buy new/replace aging fleet of airplanes.
To please Trump…Putin won’t be buying Airbus.

Disclaimer: I bought BA at $187 thinking it was the bottom 🤦🏽‍♂️

I can see your point, assuming this is a very long term play, as in years….

In addition, I can also see alot more pain heading BA way, especially if they have another problem or two… Which I am expecting..

IMHO… the risk/reward ratio/time line ratios, are not something I considering, because I see far easier wins/returns with less risk…

BUT THATS MY OPINION… To me.. Paypal is are far better buy at this stage, because of its low PE ration and a pretty easy 20% upside in a shorter timeline. Thats just how I look/evaluate where I put my $$$ into.

If you hold BA long enough, I am confident you will get a profit.

New car sales exploding in retail sales, lets see earnings very shortly, people rushing to buy before tariff effects them or should I say any further effects tariff have on the prices. Dealers have already taken advantage of the tariffs with their stock and vehicles in transit. Bought a few choice stocks at a higher price than I would have normally paid but should work out for a very quick turnaround tomorrow or Thursday. 🤞

See, I warned you about pissing off the PLTR gods…
They are giving you a sign of what could happen if you truly piss them off.
Close that position before they rain hell upon your account.

These are all short term plays for me. I shorted 500 shares at 98.50. I'll be out in the next day or two.

I really want to learn options, I know a few people that are Options nuts and that's all they do, make great money but I don't want to overload my brain more than it already is with all my day and short term trading. Gotta start learning I guess.

If you can day and swing trade shares, you can do options.

If someone as dumb as me can learn and be successful at it, anyone can. You’ve just GOT to be disciplined at it.

I felt I’ve always had good discipline, but I read these two books when I very first started this journey, and I recommend them to everyone;

Boeing is America's largest exporter with 2/3rds of their revenue derived from exports.

If these restrictions hold, $NVDA is going to have to guide down for the quarter. That's terrible for the stock price short term but great long term purchase.
I tried buying after I finished getting raped by the IRS paying my taxes, I was 8 minutes late on after hours trading. (105.12, I was averaged at 111 again) it will either rebound or go down to the mid 90s, it may be a blessing I was not able to buy after hours, lets see what tomorrow brings, if it does go down I am thinking to mid 90s, I will be a huge buyer to add to my position at that price and treat it like a longer term position vs my typical daily or short term. What do you think?
