How has play been on public courses? Still pretty busy?
Yea busy, last two days were slow with all the rain, the ranges were closed, playing tomorrow 8-12, going to probably get soaked.

So.....I have nothing to base it on really but feel the tide is turning positive for a bit after being whacked......

Lets all go make some good money now

Good luck

In some respects I agree…
Maybe Wallstreet and individual investors are starting to “trust” that Trumps tariffs are more about negotiations than enforcement.
Look again… I DID SAY MAYBE…

if thats they case then we may be over the hump…

The moment the tariffs become enforced… those same people will not be happy and it could be lead to major selling.

The best thing about this situation is that, I have realized that I may have learned one of key items thats always been a weakness for me… Patience - I used to jump into investments ways to fast… For some reason, I have been able to stay on the sidelines…

The last trade I made was before tariff issues. Thats when I bought NVDA.. outlined on this thread… I have not bought or sold one thing since…

I have been trying to get the time to develop a better watchlist… To make the best decision I can, when I am ready to put my sideline $$$ to work.

I will say this… seeing Green Day at opening does inspire confidence… ;)

The key things in my watch list, (may be to late, due to my patience), SOFI, TSLA, PYPL… The PE ratio of PYPL makes it a great buy and hold stock right now… 17ish right now… Lets say it gets 25, Meaning it has an easy 25% -40% upside potential… Thats hard to say no to. At 17 PE, very little downside…. I need to shut up, I might be buying PYPL today, if I keep crunching the updside/downside aspect… PYPL looking pretty sexy right now…. Any negatives that I may be missing???????

SOFI & TSLA are both swing trades and buy/hold… SOFI is more speculative than TSLA but could have a much higher upside potential.

I have decent positions on PLTR and NVDA now… full disclosure… I am slightly red on my NVDA position… but I am not worried about it.

Could sentiment kill Tesla? At least in the short term. Until the Robo taxis? Heard an interesting thought. Uber and Lyft. Who’s gonna run all those Robo taxis?
PYPL. What are they doing to increase market share or revenue? I don’t see where they could be going? Whereas
SOFI is acquiring new platforms, increasing market, share, increasing customer base, etc.
PLTR is getting pumped hard now. Saying it’s the next Nvidia. I know what you mean about patience. Trying not to get FOMO on More. it’s hard to buy more at 80, when you’re in at 26.
Just more thoughts from a broke dick Oldsmobile jet boat owner. Lol.🤣

Thanks for sharing your thoughts… thats why we have this thread…

Paypal… you have a valid point, even if they continue to hit basic earnings targets… they are under valued at 17PE… They could easily hit PE 22 with one good earnings report… Whats the downside risk??? Very little in my opinion, because they are undervalued all ready.

100% agree on your thoughts of the others.
As I have stated many times… PLTR is my buy and hold for many years into the future, and has been for several years already…. I sold a small portion of them to free cash to buy some discounted stocks.

Are you in the real estate business? Always a good time to buy???

HAHAHHAHAAHAH
Not in the real estate business.🤣. I would rather DCA good companies on the downswing then the upswing and I am not a swing trader.🤣

Blue chip, div paying stocks with a long term outlook. Also seeded in is fixed income products.

Its not exciting at all. Lol
Div paying stocks are GREAT if you pick the solid firms, you can make bank but boring as you stated (and make sure to understand the 60 day qualified rule for tax purposes on Div stocks) and as far as your long term comment, as LONG as I am making money I am happy as I am sure you are as well lol lol...

Added a bit of Amazon.

I'm thinking about WalMart & Costco. Looks like Costco is near a 52wk high though.
I think all of those are at a decent entry all being down about 20% or better now. Not gonna be real exciting and have parabolic growth like the Tech sector though. All depends what you’re looking for and your time horizon.

Not mad at $95.

Had my eye on Tesla. Whoops. Should have pulled the trigger.

You and me both…
I had $$$ on the side lines… looking at several good buys, but hoping PLTR would get to $70, and it didn’t…
TSLA, SOFI, Paypal, and more NVDA where all on my buy list…on those red days…

Traveling to much for work.. just dont have much time to lock in the trades, like I prefer to do. So I should just start putting limit orders in and if they fill, they fill, if not, then readjust when I have time.

PLTR is looking good. The latest news / contracts on medical company’s will lead to lots of other contracts if they have the typical ROI for their customer… Future is still bright…

Who is buying what today/tomorrow?
I got $$$ to spend, where do I put it?
To late for TSLA IMHO… those $220 days are over…
