Don't need a New Year to motivate me to change anything, most resolution fail anyway. Do your best to adjust all year every year!!

Been trying to find this Dad bod everyone is talking about.
Try happy hour every night. Asada fries and few baskets chips and salsa appetizer followed by a meal at 930 pm. Eat out for lunch and dinner daily. Seemed to do it for me. Gained 40lbs thanks to my Ex. Now trying to lose it is harder than I expected.

I’m 58, in great shape, I don’t get pissed at anything, pretty chill, don’t drink much, quit smoking a couple years ago, life is good, wife is awesome. Live a regular life not chasing the Joans’s. I’m nice and content. I really can’t think of anything I would change. Just another year but Holy Shit…Trump is back in baby. I’m excited. Best Xmas present ever 😁

Not a resolution, but more of a change to my program . . .
I'm done trying to keep 1-way friendships alive . . . I've realized that I have plenty of acquaintances, but very few 'friends'.
That's a good take we should all consider too.

Sugar? Yes, but in all forms. Especially carbs and all booze. Just cutting carbs works for me. And I love them! Plus, cut the booze, all of it, to nearly nothing. Since retiring, I’ve lost and kept off, 60+ pounds. And I’m still a foodie who drinks. But, just not as much.

Just drink bourbon straight = No carbs.

I’m planning on not eating out at restaurants has much has we have in the past. The cost has gotten out of hand and I can eat better and healthier and cheaper at home so that’s my plan for 2025. Eating at home makes it easier to weigh my food and portions

I’m going to resolve not to make promises to my self that I’m sure I won’t keep.

I'm resolving to eat more tacos.
5 tacos, 1Coors, and under $20.

It will help in more than just that! If you feel stiff and sore for no obvious reason... INFLAMMATION; Cutting sugar will change your life.

Dry January and drop a few pounds in reducing the bread and potato chips!
Second time in the last few years going dry. The first "go" I actually continued dry days through February 28th, but the next day (my birthday) I enjoyed more than several drinks!
