Sunday morning rob let me run it from PBC to the breakfast spot and then from there back to his house as he drove his truck home. It is such and fun boat. Would love to have something like that. It was nice meeting and hanging out with RD

You gotta give Dan a little break. He fucked his foot up, had a motor issue and then to top it off, got dropped off early at the airport so Brook could get on the road with the boat. Dan sat and waited for his flight for six hours or something like that just to find it'd been delayed until around 11 pm when he found out it'd been cancelled to the next day. Finally get the next day flight, get back to LA to find his luggage is in Texas or some shit. Bad couple of days.

Agreed, I figure it was out of adjustment and beat the roller bearings out of it and then broke

Actually I should have replaced them but I’ve been a little low budget so was hoping to make it thru the summer
It’s also possible that it was caused by the lifter but won’t know until they do some more research

When I had my 600s done in 2020, Mario at SCSM told me those Gold Cranes are garbage so we had Pro Marine rebuild the heads with who knows what but it's not gold. Happy I did when I did.

If my boat was out there I’d drag my 8 and 13 year old along. My wife and daughter weren’t drinking this trip and it’s still a blast. Most pools at the restaurants and bars have areas for the kids to swim. The lake is big enough that running is nooooooo problem. Lots of lake to run. I could totally do the same type of running we do with kids and do the stops to let the kids swim on the pool a bit. Grab an ice tea or a snack and then run somewhere else. And I think if you ever took your boat out there you should rent a house with a dock on the water. That way, boats right there, go run to a spot. Run around a bit then back to the house to chill. Rinse repeat for a week
