I’d wager fan crimes will be rising like the crime rates in the city (23% in two weeks)

You know what...I was thinking earlier, it would have been a class act for The Dodgers...or the MLB as a whole to show support and respect for both sides. Why not show some sort of show of respect for Leo's etc? Look what you guys do for their business/organization. You keep it safer for their customers. Wheres the gratitude? Head of Security from Staples brought in by MCCourt and he hired 50 of us Metro Cops to restore the stadium to be fan friendly
No way no how you or ANY RDP member that went to Dodger Stadium in 05 can say it was even 1/4 safe as Angel Stadium
It was a shit hole crime wise
McCourt lost his money , left, Metro Cops left , Brian Stow happened. New Mgmt. Rehired tne security manager , we came back.Hardlly any crime from 2016 forward , minus domestic fights which can happen anywhere.
Of course there are no public games this year.
I’ll bet a 12 pack of 805’s assaults , car thefts will rise 25% minimum next year.
The city and sports leagues get the security they want (or in this case don’t want)
You can’t just buy quality Cops like athletes lol.
We are going to have our union make Dodgers pay regular O/T rates like USC and the Dodgers will not, and all uniform Cops will be gone.
My post will be here next year, I hope I am proven wrong but after working 28 years in LA and seeing how fast criminals move in after Cops leave, I can bet pretty well fans will be getting hurt.

First, thank you for all you do for us Angelenos. Tough job getting tougher without support from your local elected officials.
Second, we are 30 year plus season Dodger ticket holders, I think we are done.. like you said the stadium experiences have improved the last several years but still a distant memory from years gone bye.
Always loved the distraction that baseball provided and a great experience to get family and friends together, but bring all the politics into it, don’t need it.
