So I got the death wobbles in my bone stock truck the other day. I already took it to the dealer and all they do is replace the steering stabilizer. Was curious if anyone has actually fixed the problem rather then putting a band aid on it.

From memory I believe the issue is they don't have enough castor. Depending on the mileage, definitely check for any worn parts.

Maybe search YouTube videos for owners that took the issue to the next level.
I remember watching some YouTube where owners found additional remedies

I had it bad on a 2011 F250 crew cab. The dealer said they couldnt recreate the issue so I took them for a test drive. I knew the one spot it did it everytime on the 241 toll road. They about shit themselves when the wobble started at 80mph. They told me I needed new tires even though I had 50% tread life. Long story short is the dealer is worthless. The bushings get worn on the front track bar and when you get the wobble it wears the bushings faster. Getting a larger track bar will solve the problem

I am surprised it took you this long to have it. My 2019 had it from day one and after taking it to two different dealerships Citrus ford in Ontario finally figured it out and it has never happened again. It has been a few years, and I cannot remember everything they replaced but one was the stabilizer. I also ended up upgrading to a dual shock stabilizer myself later.
