Hey Dennis. Yes I sold the grey dually maybe 2 or 3 years ago.

All the work that went into this is insane! I'm curious, how long did the build take?

amazing work.

i posted a thread (and got completely shit on about it...) about taking a DBO wheel with studs for a 10 lug cap. which is EXACTLY what you did. did you just have wheel studs pressed into the 10 lug holes?

is this your shop?

For the front we removed the stock spacer and had the wheels drilled for whatever bolt pattern is coming off the hub. Then the company drilled for 10 lug bolt pattern and pressed in lugs. The 10 lugs are strictly for looks as when you just leave the 8 lug pattern it looks strange to me. The 10 do absolutely nothing but hold the center cap in place. No this is not my shop. I just had the idea and checkbook.

i dont blame him for not wanting to run 8 to 10 lug adapters on his truck especially on something this size. Plus they add like 30+ pounds of mass to the wheel assembly. All for what, lugnuts in the right spot?

We didn’t run any adapter because I needed as much space as possible. The removal of the stock spacer. And then not having to use a 10 lug adapter saved a ton of room. The wheels are 28x8.25

How did body dropping affect the interior? How much was the floor moved upwards?

No. FWIW the drilling solution is much better all the way around.

This truck looks real familiar to me. Was this done at chassis by aaron?

It’s stockfloored. So the seats weren’t raised at all. There is a tunnel in the center where the console is. I lost the center sub under the console but that’s it. The console fit right back in. I still have ac and heat.

Yes it was.

friend has a duramax dually being done over their. I saw your bed and was trying to convince him to do his like that. Very clean. I talked to him about bagging my 4wd and liked the direction he was going but quickly became over my budget.

Do you tow with it?

It’s setup to tow. I have a bumper and gooseneck hitch. Will it tow regularly, I doubt it. I got this truck. My wife got a new pool at the same time. I have no more money. So no new boat just yet.
