The 2015 Lake Mohave Damn Dam Run Executive Committee is please to announce the dates for the 2015 Lake Mohave Damn Dam Run. Executive Director Campbell Carl announces this years Damn Dam Run to be held on Saturday, August 15th 2015 at 9:00 am.

This year's title sponsor is none other than CampbellCarl Racing. The tittle sponsor will once again, provide nothing...no shirts, no maps, no drinks, no food, no towing, no sympathy, no reservations, no drinks and still more no drinks.

A proper signup thread will be posted when the 'Zec Comm sees fit and not one day before....

We are going to be in Havasu from the 12th - 16th. Kids go back to school on the 18th. I might tow down and run it by myself or with a buddy if the wife is OK hanging at the house all day with the kids. Shoot, maybe I should drop her and my clan off at your pad on the way!

Normally not an issue but I'll be on a 3 week motorcycle ride with a group so no way to come back early......rooms alreayd booked....as far as a boat I'll get a ride by then

Unless there are others, probably leaving the 'toon on the trailer and getting in the MILs Nordic again this year. Making the stops as the leaders were pulling out was no fun last year.
Possibly a couple more boats with us this year too.

Out of curiosity, how long does it take to go dam to dam? I understand it's about 60ish miles one way. Do you guys stay in a group and cruise? What's the pace?

Also, where is the best place to stay? Laughlin casinos I'm assuming?

Before the house in bh I liked the motels at kathrines landing. Speeds range from 30pmh to over 100. There are several stops where the slower boats catch the group we swim and chit chat whatever. I didn't pull the boat out till around sundown last year

And the nice thing about the motel... you are guaranteed a slip. Zero hassle at the end of the day. We just unhitched and locked the trailer for the weekend and drove the truck around to Laughlin.
