Lifted with new tires and rims, rear seat kit that folds down, roof, windshield, rear view mirror, speakers with iPod or phone hookup. Has full street legal kit including front and rear seat belts, turn signals, headlight and horn. Cart is in excellent condition and runs and drives great.
