Just like the past regatta's, we'll probably end up meeting on sat morning at 10:00ish at the beach area, at the bluewater casino, hang out for a little while, then maybe take a cruise up to parker dam, and probably venture our way back down to the beach area across from fox's. Its a sand beach and makes it pretty easy to check out all the boats. Just a thought. If anybody has any other ideas, feel free to chime in.

I'm a Parker guy so that sounds cool to me, I'll try and get out there that weekend. It looks like a good time.

I have Schiada envy, so I plan on launching just to check out all the boats.

I came by car to the last regatta that people were supposed to meet at the beach at Bluewater, and there was jet ski races going on so the beach was closed for that. Everyone went to the upper sandbar, so I couldn't check anything out, so I will definitely be on the water for this one.

If we are invited I would like to inquire about lodging and fuel? Its been many years since we've been to Parker, so a reply either way would be great. Thank you! (We are the proud owners of a 21' river tunnel if that helps in your decision.)

This isn't a v-drive deal, just a group of Schiada owners getting together. I expect you'll see everything from 10' Outboards to 24' I/O's and everything in between. Your more then welcome to come.

Welcome to the board by the way.

The easiest place for lodging if you haven't been to Parker in years will most likely be the blue water casino in Parker. If you have any problems getting a room there let me know and I can get a list of other hotels together for you pretty quick.

Please post some pics of your boat in the thread at the top of this section.

hi dave and all, i hope to be there, my 22 is still at long beach, im stuck in the MTI thing. everything is fabbed and i was there two weeks ago and checked it out. way cool! talked to lee today and his hand are tied. i hope to be @ parker april 12 then back for the regatta. if no boat then i"ll swim up to foxes! Where are you staying? There's launch ramps all over Parker. They sell AV Gas a couple places in town as well. SuperFuels, Parker oil..

Dave; We are staying at the Kofa Inn or somthing like that,however we're not bound to it. Just wanted to be close to the fun as far as launching! Thanks for the info on fuel, should be easy to find.(P.S. were you able to get my P.M. the other day? Happy Easter to everyone!

Just a suggestion, but have you thought of staying at the Blue Water Casino or JT on the Keys? Both of these places are on the strip. I thought the Kofa Inn was in the town of Parker not on the Parker Strip?? I could be wrong....

Thanks FrznJim! The Blue Water was booked and I will check JT on the keys. We want to get the parker experience and if this keys place is closer to the fun then that's for us. Our biggest problem seems to be finding a place that has boat parking so we'll check it out.

Just Google up JTs on the keys and you can get the link to their website. It has photos and all. Plus you will be close to Riverdave's place in the keys!! We would be there but are returning home to Alaska the weekend prior.
