Me too. It's a great boat and priced right. The next couple of months should be a good test. I'm available to show it anytime. We want to sell it for you. We have something planned that I will contact you about before Desert Storm.

I've talked to a number of people by both email and phone from this website, I've flown twice now looking at boats. This boat turns up in nearly every place I look at. Granted, it was not on my list (neither was the one I bought) but it's out there and easily found. I talked to these guys about another boat a few months back, and if it wasn't for me second guessing I'd have bought that boat based on the conversation I had with them about these kinds of boats alone. Unfortunately that boat sold before I got the stones to make the deal.

And let me offer up one last thing.

The boat shows are all going. All the sticker shock is hammering everyone right now and they are flocking to the net looking for a deal. This boat is affordable to a HUGE crowd. It's going to sell! Don't make it too cheap, that makes people think it has problems because typically if it's too good of a deal.............. You know the routine.

Take the sub box out of the back and re take all the pics. Just my opinion, but a sub box in the back like that looks Mickey Mouse and eliminates potential storage that already is hard to come by in an open bow.

I let the stereo shop talk me into that when they built it. Since I did two subs and the ice chest is built in underneath on one side then it wouldn't have left much room for the subs. Said it would sound great on a beach if you crack the hatch a tad. Live and learn. Still a lot of storage but I would place the subs somewhere else if I built again.

Again....just my personal opinion....I may be way out of line and wrong. I think that selling a boat should be like staging a house and Paul & Rick do an outstanding job of photographing and marketing. If I needed to sell my boat there is nobody else I would call.

IMO you might want to remove the bathroom trash cans and life vests from the pictures, lol. Also a nice Stainless Ice Chest in the box would help. Its a cheap upgrade.

It has a stainless ice chest with an upholstered top that the box down below was built for. I'll send Paul the pics I have and maybe he can put some in there if they make sense. We took pics like you mentioned when we first listed before enlisting help from Paul.

Ahhh. You beat me to it.

I really really really want to thank Paul. Obviously we had a misunderstanding once and there was something minor administratively that happened a while back but he took care of it in a snap.

I must admit that I was a little on edge because my house was on the market for a year and I realized that in that particular case nothing was done right and actually not much seemed to be done at all. Once we changed and had contacts make some professional phone calls an interview agents for us we found one who sold our house in TWO DAYS.

Just the back story for those following a few posts up.

Paul listed this boat professionally and adhered to my wishes of cleanliness. It was listed all over and once I personally made the decision to come to a more aggressive price then movement started happening with his professional work. He also took it to a show recently (and my spies noted that it was out being washed and waxed and then at the show it wasn't allowed to be crawled through) and had other plans that I'm swore to secrecy at this time.

Couple buyers this week. The first dibs goes to a good friend of Shippingguy (who I also want to throw a shout out for recommending this boat and putting us in contact) who did see multiple add from Maxed Out so no way was I going to go outside that agreement.

Here is the really really big thing. Well the other one because one was my boat not getting jacked up like all the Cowboy's and Boat Brokers stories. I feel safe with Maxed Out. I know that as soon as they have the buyers money and signed docs from me that the buyer will have title and boat and I will have my money. I am confident in that. Maybe partly because Paul reads my gun threads [emoji16] lol. No but really just because I trust him and I've never seen anything like OCM with them.

I wouldn't use anybody else in Havasu for consignment. Maxed Out is the spot.

Nothing for now. After the whole Texas debacle last year we decided we couldn't have our land here but we can slow it down and enjoy what we do have. And we put in a pool (I've got a thread where I documented my whole build) so we don't have to drive and hotel it etc etc and all the money etc to go to the river so much. Walk right into the backyard and enjoy the water and be able to hang with friends more because not everyone has the time and money to go to Havasu.

Also kids will get older and not be able to go and if they were with friends in the backyard I can have my eye on them.

Boat pays for pool. Got a loan so I could build (owner/builder self contract) before I start police academy and save all the money I did. So once I get a check from Paul I will transfer it to the bank and pay off my pool.

Still plan to hit the river a couple few times a year (rent or go with friends with boats and pitch in etc) but I'm no longer obligated to go once or twice a month. And we can camp more too including at the river.

Love boating. Just burnt out in the distance and cost of the river. No sense in keeping boat and paying maintenance and storage to use it twice a year.
