Selling my 1982 Raysoncraft with the 1981 2.4 Merc. Boat is original other than having the interior replaced about 6-7 years ago. The hull has some stress cracks on the top lid above the transom (none on the transom itself) and other flaws/dings around it, could use a paint job. The motor runs well except for a miss or dieseling effect from idle to about 2300 rpm. From 2300rpm to 6000 it runs great. I have never been able to track down the culprit but have been told it is probably the low side of the stator or a switch box. Carbs were removed/cleaned last fall and tune up performed. Last recorded comp numbers were all in the low to mid 130's on all six. Sits on a competitive trailer that is not in the best shape, brakes have been removed but has new radial trailer tires and bearings were checked last fall. Comes with a 3 blade 24p chopper and 5 blade 23p High Five props.
Over all the boat/motor is not in the best shape but hull is solid and it never gave me any issues or left me stranded.
