the second home is a large 2br 1 bath, ground level Mobile.. complete re model. has garage on one side, fenced in side yard with gate and covered...fenced rear yard with big lake view had my 210 hallett on the side,,.. it's in desert hills at 3057 william... out side is being painted now and should be done this week.... every thing is new in side... two paver driveways so plenty of parking.. rent is 1300 per mo..

Your rental prices are crazy low for what they are Steve, with the rate things are going I bet you could have gotten 300+ more for each. You are smart, a bit lower rent and quick fill makes up for waiting for a higher amount. Start the flow of $$$$ asap...
