Bags are cool but can be a pain too. I have them on my 58. Have one that has a slow leak not sure where but right front drops overnight.

Then the compressors need to run 2 so when one fails.

Had a 59 back in the 60's in high school. 283/powerglide and factory air. Nice ride and love me some ghost flames.

Love it and the Cragars.
Just a heads up, your combo is a 350/350
Power glide is a 2 speed😉

shifts 3 times
Overdrive? There was a 3 speed auto I know in 1958. If it shifts 3 times it might be a 700R, a 350 would only shift twice.

Very nice BTW.

350 and 400 are 3 speeds, 700 is 4 speed. Powerglide is 2 speed I’ve had all. In 1959 the auto was powerglide, they also offered a turboglide,”constant tourqe trans(cvt),
Cool car btw

I was just asking because he said it shifted 3 times, a 350 or 400 only shifts twice. 🤷‍♂️
