I was thinking of making my Hondo a replica of the old Crazy Horse..
I’ve had this boat for about 12 yrs now and it did come with the 535 # on it!
Would this be acceptable or would some not like it … and there’s also a few that don’t even know the boat!
Also I used to watch it run in person at Long Beach Marine Stadium! Even had a friend drive it one time there!
Note: It’s pretty much just a boat show boat now…

I think that would be cool as hell. I think there might be a CH tribute boat out there somewhere, but nothing says there can’t be another. Your boat looks bad ass as is by the way.

Well...a legendary racer honoring a former legendary racer with a tribute boat??
Ya, sounds perfect to me....
Who cares what other people may think? The world's full of naysers, can't give them any legitimacy.

I'm not aware of any current Crazy Horse restorations of originals or replicas out there, and if that is true, it's a crying shame and even more reason for you to build a replica! That's one of my all time favorite drag boats!
