This is gonna be another show stopper. Can't wait to see it on the water, nice work.
Ignition is in
Boat is completely plumbed (with the exception of the mechanical gauges)
I have matching gauge bezels on now
blower pressure gauge is installed
Billet Paddle is installed
Driveline is done (just waiting on driveline tube)
Tranny shifter is on shifting the tranny nicely
throttle pedal is hooked up. I drilled, tapped and installed a bolt that I will use for a throttle stop.
Alternator belt and blower belt will go on tonight.
I installed the exhaust studs on the heads. The motor sits higher than the previous motor so I need to have a new elbow pipes made for my lightning headers.
Turnbuckles are on. I just need to set the plates.
Tonight I will mount the seats and tighty up a few misc things. The boat is going to get wired after the 4th and then it is test & tune time
:thumbsup:thumbsup Dont forget the cupholders Andrew!!
Im going to rock 2 buckets for a few river trips. Then when I save up a bit, It will go to Martinez Interiors to get all done up
1 for you and 1 for your fianc?. Nice of you, I rocked 2 seats in my old boat
Lol, she can sit on the ski pole :skull
Lmao.
You know you wouldn't say that to her if we were around
Where is the updated pics?
I got too fucked up on the 4th and woke up super early on the 5th to take the boat to GS Marine. I forgot to snap some shots :headscratch:
Thought you were taking it to GT to get wired?

PICS PICS PICS!
Andrew, that looks very nice! great job. What is happening with the Cracker, what group are you running with now? Just came from Marine Stadium and i want to say there was only 3 crackers there
Well the motor in the schiada has to come out and get rebuilt. #1 cylinder leaked to 78% and there is water in the oil. What a nightmare :thumbsdown
What happened thought you just freshened the bullet in that thing?
Yea it fucking blows :thumbsdown
I've seriously been contemplating the idea of selling the fucker and getting a 25' Daytona and just enjoy the river
Any update on this one? Really like your boat.
The past couple weeks I have gone down to Tony C's shop and worked on the motor. I pretty much get there after work and we bang on the thing till late at night.
I have never experienced a custom motor being built from scratch. Huge thanks to Tony for taking the time to teach me how to do this deal. You would never understand how many little things need to be done before bolting everything up. Custom motors and easily take 150+ hours just in cleaning, prepping, clearancing, measuring, grinding, and bolting them together.
This sat I am heading down to Tony's to finish up the motor and bring it back to my shop. Hopefully by the end of the day sunday, she will be bolted back up in the boat and ready to head to B&D Marine to get the wiring fixed after GS Marine fucked me on that
Are you going to dyno and tune first?
Nope. Not a race deal, just a river boat. I am gonna throw it in the boat, test it out and keep an eye on the plugs
Go dyno it you fag. You've waited this long. What's another week?
This is what killed the last motor

I wasn't thinking for peak power but more to know where detonation is and make sure it's not there. Timing, boost, and jetting. That $500-$1000 can be good insurance.
Nice boat though. I think it will be fun!

Going to replumb the motor within the next few weeks. Pics to be posted.
Here is a little something something of the beautiful little piece of machinery that Tony Costantino with M&D Performance got done with
