The ski slope portion of the deck of the unknown hull is pointed in the middle of the deck, and angles off to the right and left of the hull, which the boat pictured above dose not exhibit. Also the raised gunwale around the transom is very squared off (straight) across the width of the transom...

From the logo on top of the adjustment knob, it appears to be a Nupro/Swagelok valve. Check on Ebay for one.
