    Entry level employee needed

That was my point, people can't see past the initial dollar amount. I think it's just enough money to trap people.

    Entry level employee needed

As others have said, $20 an hour is just fine, I've hired dozen of workers around that price, I typical start around $22 now but I try to hire people that have a least a little experience, guaranteed I can get workers for $20 in So cal, my SD office actually starts guys off pretty close to that...

    Entry level employee needed

This is one the things I think most don't think about. There is almost no growth at fast food restaurants or others that are required to pay $20 an hour. A kid can start out in the trades and end up with a serious career. The higher paying service style jobs are going to get people stuck at...

Maybe, but some people would rather swing a hammer then work in movie theaters or restaurants. I think he will find someone. I start out a little higher but but much and get plenty that want to work.

    Alta dena fire now

Great post! I'm on this industry as well. All great points. I will say if you can do the work without a PA then do it. From the contractor side I have no desire to work with PAs. Everything is about then making money and it drags the process out and it's takes the contractor forever to get paid...

    Dishwasher recommendations

I've had a GE for several years. Washes well and very quiet with the stainless steel tub. But not problem free. Had the control board go out and several draining issues so I would not go back to them. These days I hand wash most shit anyway but my wife still uses it if I don't get to them. She...

    Prices of dogs

Bought ours off Craigslist during the lock down for my daughters 3rd birthday. Not recommended lol. Dog is awesome but probably should have died. We got her weeks before she was ready, worms as well. Supposed to have been dewormed and shots but they were scammers. Ended looking them up with the...
