We take the kids everywhere and on all kinds of trips and make a ton of memories for the entire family. I take them along on solo adventures as well and so does my wife, but we also make time for date nights or the occasional overnight trip without them, we are lucky to have some family support...

For sure. Getting them levels normal should help a ton. And definitely find something you can look forward to and decompress a bit. I golf a decent amount but I'll go super early back around the time the family is getting ready for the day so I don't miss much.
