Just picked up a 99 Hallett 210. The windscreen is wrapped in black on the inside to hide the spider webbing. Its not the best job but isn't terrible. I've searched and all the post are old. I got a quote from Primo for $1650 for new o_O. What are the other options if I pull the wrap off. Was...

Theres a guy out of Tucson who installs them. the winch goes into the floor. Its back about where the back foot rest is. When not in use has a rubber plug.
